Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to ProgressPortal. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including any services, tools, or content provided (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You must have the legal right to upload and share any content you submit to the Service.
3. Description of the Service
Our Service provides a workspace for managing projects, tasks, files, and client updates. The Service includes tools for organizing work, sharing progress, and sending notifications.
4. User Content and License Grant
You retain ownership of all project files, briefs, task data, client updates, and other content you upload (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:
- Use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, and create derivative works from the User Content for the purposes of:
- Providing the Service to you.
- Operating, maintaining, and securing the Service.
- Improving the Service and developing new features, including through aggregated or de-identified data.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and license this content to us.
5. Accuracy of Information
We make no guarantees as to the accuracy or completeness of project data, timelines, or notifications entered by you or your collaborators. You are solely responsible for reviewing information in the Service before relying on it.
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers, including Google, to process and store data. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data. Data may be processed outside of Canada, where different laws may apply.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Upload content you do not have the rights to.
- Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful material.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or misuse the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Google uses the data collected to track and analyze the use of our Service, and may share it with other Google services.
